The Shack
I just finished the book The Shack. The book was completely mind blowing. It made the longings of my heart (I was unaware I had) cry out. It showed me the ways I hold on to religion instead of Jesus. I am completely baffled how to just "be" with God. I could take conversations in this book and meditate on them for weeks. Needless to say, you should read it.

Yea, it's an excellent book.
If you want a great follow-up to it read "He Loves Me" by Wayne Jacobsen.
There is probably a copy floating around the community up there. I know you can read the 1st edition on-line if you don't mind reading the computer. I think John is currently reading it.
If you can't find a copy up there and want one let me know and I will get one up to ya'll.
It is such a great book! There were times when I just had to put it down and cry, collect myself and then go back to the book.
