Thank you to:

God, You are so good to us.
Our Northside family, for your loving care.
Our families, for your unconditional love and support.
Papa Weiss, for the prayer you prayed.
Tracy, for a great education.
For everyone who helped birth little Isaac: Christine, Dr. Bowen, Kim.
Athena (the lactation consultant).
Everyone else, thank you for the food, encouraging words, prayers, flowers, taking out our trash, trips to the store...
Thank you!

He is perfect! Glad I got to talk to the rock star Mama today. I didn't get a chance to ask about Dad and Big Brother, though. Hope they are doing well, too!

Dad is lots of things, all at once: happy, proud (of momma & baby), tired, feeling a little bit like God's favorite with all of the blessings I have received this last year.... Big Brother is good too, I think he's looking forward to Isaac growing up a bit so that they can play a little more.

What a blessing!

"Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from Him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate." Ps 127:3-5

Congrats from your Southern family.

David,

Wow, your birthing story is fantastic...I've never heard of such a fluid natural birth. Congrats to you and Sarah, and to Issac for such a magnificent start. I pray that Stacy and I would be so conscientious, loving, and baby-and-mommy-focused some day when we have a baby.

Stacy and I are praying, pushing, and hoping for you in these first days; looking forward to more stories of the Isaac's first weeks...let me know if we can offer anything!

Peace,
Justin
